Randi L. Clickner

January 21, 1958 ~ August 26, 2018 (age 60)

Randi L. Clickner, loving son, brother and friend passed away on August 26, 2018 peacefully at his home.  Born in Troy, he is the son of Ruth Davila and the late Richard Clickner. Randi was a graduate of Troy High School and Austin Beauty School.

Randi was an amazing hairdresser for more than 40 years. He always got great satisfaction admiring his work and making someone feel good about themselves. Randi had a big heart and would always be the first one to lend a helping hand. More than his gift of making someone feel special, he mostly enjoyed and took pride in spending his time with his girls, Mertz, Red and Bee. He always brought his love, pride and admiration to “his girls”. His amazing talent of interior decorating, cooking and making everything “shine” was what made his house his home that he loved. Randi’s favorite holiday was Christmas, he put so much time and hard work into making his home look like Christmas wonderland. He was a proud pet parent of his tuxedo cat “Sylvester”.

Randi is survived by his loving mother Ruth Davila, his siblings Michelle Osborn (Joseph), Bonnie Davila-Klaer (William), Luann Schermerhorn, Richard Clickner and Timothy Clickner (Carol), also survived by many nieces and nephews. Randi was predeceased by his brother Donald Clickner.

Family and friends are invited and may call from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm on Thursday August 30, 2018 at the McLoughlin & Mason Funeral Home, corner of 109th Street and Third Avenue, Lansingburgh. Funeral service will follow 7:00 pm Thursday at funeral home.
