Debra Wilsey

Troy- Debra Hallenbeck Wilsey, 62, passed away suddenly at her home on May 12, 2021. Born in Albany, NY she was the daughter of the late Harley Hallenbeck and RoseMarie Nolan Hallenbeck.

Debra is survived by her husband Howard E. Wilsey, her stepchildren Shawn Ballard, Howard E. Wilsey Jr., Suzanne Savoie, Wendy Nolan and Linda Hallenbeck, her ten grandchildren, her four great granddaughters, her sister RoseMarie Cipperley, and many nieces and nephews.

Debra was predeceased by her siblings Linda Hallenbeck Dominy, Richard Hallenbeck, Ernie Hallenbeck, and Harley Hallenbeck Jr.

Family and friends may call Saturday May 15, 2021 from 2-4 PM at the McLoughlin & Mason Funeral Home, corner of 109th and 3rd Avenue, Lansingburgh.

My heart is so sad and heavy right now I was shocked when I seen the post from Howard saying that you had passed away a month ago I had no clue about this you were always there for me when we lived on Park Avenue you were the best friend ever those were the good old days I still can't believe this and Howard left me his number and I called him I'm still in shock and still in tears may you rest in peace in fly high with the angels till we meet again my dear friend
