Libby Small
Troy – Libby J. Small, 65 of State Street, passed away on November 4, 2019 at St. Peter’s Hospital. Born in Horry County, South Carolina, she was the daughter to the late Robert and Eloise Small.
Libby was a Nurse’s Aide at van Rensselaer Manor.
Libby is survived by her daughter Tamika Small, her grandchildren Tashaya Knox and Penny Knox, her sister Estelle Wallace. Libby was predeceased by her 2 sisters and three brothers.
Family and friends are invited and may call Thursday November 14, 2019 from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm at McLoughlin & Mason Funeral Home, Burial Elmwood Hill Cemetery will follow.

This is a journey all God's children must cross and Libby you crossed over to be with our love ones. I'm going to cherish your hilarious laughter and smile. No more yelling out Oh Lord. God heard your message and now your in his Kingdom. Sleep on Coz. Rejoice. Love ya lady, but GOD loves you the best.
