My heart goes out to my cousin Mary Ann and family. I remember being part of their wedding, when Tom lovingly stepped into the Dinova/Mele family, fitting in perfectly. I looked forward to seeing him when visiting Troy and will miss his ready smile and laugh. My love to all.

I had the great honor of working with Tom for quite a few years at Samaritan and have never met a kinder, gentler man. His work ethic was exemplary and his sense of humor always refreshing. My memory goes back before Tom joined the pharmacy team when he worked as a runner based in the storeroom and would make hourly deliveries from pharmacy to the nursing units. He made the mistake of asking one evening if we were delivering bricks in the bags cause they were so heavy. The big smile was a give away that he was joking. Next day we mixed in a bag with a couple bricks in it! Teased him for weeks! Those were the kind of things we could do back then, when it was still fun. One of the greatest assets that Tom brought to us was his endearing sense of humor and his friendship. While I have lost touch with Tom I will always cherish his memory, fondly, in my heart. Darla and I pass our condolences on to MaryAnn and Kathy and their families. We will keep Tom in our hearts forever. Erik and Darla DeBruin

Tom was a kind and patient soul. Working at Samaritan with him and Trista was a blessing. He never failed to lighten a busy workday with his sense of humor and great stories. I still remember some of them at random moments in my life and smile. He will not be forgotten.

Tom was one of the most caring men that I have ever met. He was so passionate about everything he did and he loved his family unconditionally. In any given conversation you never knew where it was going to turn or lead to. It was an absolute pleasure knowing and to have worked with him. When I started working with Tom, I knew absolutely nothing about working in a pharmacy. Tom took me under his wing and showed me the way. For that, I will forever be grateful. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.Rest in peace,Tom. You will be missed.

My memories of Tom are that of a loving compassionate and vivacious man. It was always an adventure to work with Tom, you never knew how the shift would go, but it was always interesting. His true gift was his enormous heart, which he wore on his sleeve for the world to see. Even after years had gone by and I had left the pharmacy, a chance meeting was filled with joy and love and well wishes. Tom was a beautiful person and I cherish the time I had with him. His true passion was his family whom he spoke of daily, beaming with pride. Blessing to his family in this difficult time of his passing

Well we are all deeply saddened to learn Uncle Tom has passed on. For me,for so many, Uncle Tom made us laugh. The many visits to his house and parties we all attended, well would not have been the same without him. To All, please accept our deepest condolences.
