Alesia Hilton at the age of 55, was peacefully called to heaven far too soon on April 4th, 2015 after a strong battle with cancer. Surrounded by her loving family in the comfort of her 2 daughters, her granddaughter, her niece and sister.
Alesia was born and raised in Troy and was the daughter of the late George & Dolores Hilton. She was a member of the graduating class of 1978 Troy High school.
Over the years Alesia held several different jobs NYSEC, VA Hospital, St.Marys Hospital, Leisure Arms, R.P.I and was awarded her CDL to drive a school bus for the special need children through the Durham school services in Albany NY. She enjoyed her family to the fullest & spending time with her family, especially her granddaughter with all her heart and very proud of her girls who grew up into women & the love for her sisters' Julie, Nancy, Sherry. She was a dedicated mother with a big heart, always finding a way to make things work. she enjoyed traveling, Chicago, NYC, VA, Fl. Lebanon Vally Race track with her Brothers and friends. Cheerleading coach for So Troy Pop Warner cheerleaders including my Daugters 1992 1st place. dancing, classic music and bowling with the Topperettes~
Survivors by her daughters Deloria and Darina Floyd both of Troy NY. The Love of her life, Granddaughter Dayana D. Floyd. Nieces & Nephew Indria Hilton-Coller, John Woods jr., Adrienne, Andrea. Sister Julie (Andre') Coller, Her big Sister Nancy (Matthew) Canty, Sherry (Peter) Hospedale both from So.Carlolina. She is Predeceased by her Parents George Hilton, Dolores McAdoo-Hilton, her grandparents Mr & Mrs. Frank Hilton ~ Mr.& Mrs. Edward McAdoo. Uncles Alvin, Corner, Delfort Hilton & Aunties Inez, Laurie, Mary, Mike Mae, Almeta, Rosetta, Essie.
