Blake Ashley Gildea, 24 spread her eternal wings on Wednesday, January 15, 2014 at her residence.
Born in Troy on April 11, 1989, she was the daughter of Michele Warner of Troy, Joseph Gildea of Schenectady and beloved stepdaughter of Hal Fyvie of Ballston Lake.
Blake left behind a beautiful legacy for us with her beautiful babies. Julian "JuJu" Zechariah Gildea and "Princess" Mila Rose Gildea. Please pray for these babies who have lost a mother who loved them so much. Also survived by her loving siblings and partners in crime; Lindsy Rene Wickert (Justin) of S. Glens Falls, Lacey Maree Purciful (Dustin) of Ft Lewis, Washington, Elliott Zechariah Turner (Nicole) of Brunswick, Rory Gildea-Rockmore of NYC. Blake also leaves behind many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Mass of Christian Burial at 9:30 a.m. on Monday, January 20, 2014 at St. Augustine's Church, Fourth Avenue and 115th Street, Lansingburgh.
Cremation will take place at Gardner Earl Crematorium.
Calling hours will be held on Sunday from 12:00 noon to 6:00 p.m. at the funeral home. A celebration of Blake's life will follow the calling hours at the All Troy Athletic Club, 538 Second Avenue, Lansingburgh.
In lieu of flowers a trust fund has been established for the children. Donations may be made to The Julian & Mila Trust Fund, c/o of the McLoughlin & Mason Funeral Home, 8 - 109th Street, Troy, 12182.
