Carmela Magnotta

Troy-Carmela Magnotta, 94 formerly of 16th Street, died September 26, 2021 at Van Rensselaer Manor.

Born in Italy, she was the daughter to the late Luigi Pisaniello and Maria Cavaiulo Pisaniello and the loving wife to the late Raffaele Magnotta, he died in 1999.

Carmela worked for many years at St. Mary’s Hospital in Troy.

She is the loving aunt to Antonio (Lisa) Valente of Canada, Filomena Valente of Canada, Anna (Dominic) Abbatemarco of Canada, Antonio (Assunta) Pisaniello of Italy and Maria Louisa Vitagliano of Italy.

Funeral mass will be celebrated 11:00 am on Monday October 4, 2021 at Our Lady of Victory Church, 55 North Lake Avenue, Troy. Visitation will be from 10:00 am to 11:00 on Monday at church prior the mass. Entombment at St. Mary’s Cemetery, Troy.
