Debra Wilsey

Troy- Debra Hallenbeck Wilsey, 62, passed away suddenly at her home on May 12, 2021. Born in Albany, NY she was the daughter of the late Harley Hallenbeck and RoseMarie Nolan Hallenbeck.

Debra is survived by her husband Howard E. Wilsey, her stepchildren Shawn Ballard, Howard E. Wilsey Jr., Suzanne Savoie, Wendy Nolan and Linda Hallenbeck, her ten grandchildren, her four great granddaughters, her sister RoseMarie Cipperley, and many nieces and nephews.

Debra was predeceased by her siblings Linda Hallenbeck Dominy, Richard Hallenbeck, Ernie Hallenbeck, and Harley Hallenbeck Jr.

Family and friends may call Saturday May 15, 2021 from 2-4 PM at the McLoughlin & Mason Funeral Home, corner of 109th and 3rd Avenue, Lansingburgh.
