Elizabeth Frink Tuszynski, 88 passed away on Thursday, January 8, 2015 at Community Hospice in Samaritan Hospital.
Born in Watervliet, she was the daughter of the late Charles Frink and Amelia Enderley Frink and wife of the late Walter Tuszynski who died in 1992.
Elizabeth was a sewing machine operator for the former Marshall Ray Corp. in Troy and Ursula of Switzerland in Waterford. Elizabeth will be remembered as a thoughtful, compassionate and generous woman, she treasured her family and home. She enjoyed shopping, her daily soap operas and loved spending time with her niece Diane and the Tea Girls. She was a communicant of the former St. Patrick's Church and St. Augustine's Church in Troy.
Survivors include her son Walter S. Tuszynski (Sharon) of Rensselaer, two granddaughters Nicole Alexandra Tuszynski of Brooklyn, Marissa Leigh Tuszynski of Queens and several nieces and nephews.
Elizabeth was predeceased by her three sisters Evelyn Meschino, Dorothy Rasmussen, Marie Murphy, two brothers Albert and Charles Frink.
Funeral services will be held 8:45a.m. on Monday, January 12, 2015 from the McLoughlin & Mason Funeral Home, corner of 109th Street and Third Avenue, Lansingburgh and at 9:30 a.m. at St. Augustine's Church, Lansingburgh where the Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated.
Burial will follow at Memory Gardens, Colonie.
Calling hours will be held on Sunday from 2 to 5 p.m. at the funeral home.
