Gladys Zepf

Gladys D. Zepf, 92, former Sunset Drive resident died Thursday, March 17, 2016 at Van Rensselaer Manor.

Born in Troy, she was the daughter of the late Magnus Rasmussen and Dorothea Krogh Rasmussen and the wife of the late Donald C. Zepf, he died in 2012.

Raised and educated in Lansingburgh, she was a graduate of Lansingburgh High School. Gladys was a member of the faith Lutheran Church, Speigletown.

Gladys is survived by her children Nancy Danish (John), Kristine Zepf Schermerhorn and Peter Zepf (Janet), her eight grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren and nieces and nephews.

Gladys was predeceased by a daughter Carol A. McMillan, a son Paul M. Zepf and sister Mildred Bonesteeel.

Funeral services will be held on Monday, March 21, 2016 at 10:00 am at the McLoughlin & Mason Funeral Home, corner of 109th Street and Third Avenue, Lansingburgh with Father Ed Kacerguis officiating. Burial will follow at Oakwood Cemetery, Troy. There will be no calling hours.
