Helen Nielsen

Helen Mary Nielsen, 95, of Camp Hill, PA, and formerly of Clifton Park, NY, died Sunday, March 08, 2015, at Manor Care, Camp Hill.
She was a member of the Prince of Peace Lutheran Church, Troy, NY. Mrs. Nielsen was a wonderful mother, grandmother and great grandmother and her family was everything to her. Born on December 4th, 1919, she was the daughter of Leon and Barbara (Stubach) Jamro. She was the widow of Johannes Nielsen and was also preceded in death by a sister and brother, Jean Gestwick and Theodore Jamro.
Surviving are a son, Dr. Robert K. Nielsen (Kim) of Camp Hill, PA; a brother, Joseph Jamro of Schenectady, NY; four grandchildren, Dr. Jenny Bocchicchio, Lauren, Michael and Andrew Ortenzio; two great grandchildren, Riley & Reagan Bocchicchio.
Calling hours will be from 9:30 am to 10:30 am Wednesday, March 11, 2015 at McLoughlin & Mason Funeral Home corner of 109th Street and Third Avenue, Lansingburgh. Funeral service will follow at 11:00 am at Prince of Peace Lutheran Church, 423 3rd Avenue, Lansingburgh.
Burial will follow at Oakwood Cemetery, Troy.
