Jason, I am so sad. You left us too early. I will miss the funny jokes you sent me and your authenticity. I know you loved Melisa more than anything and I will always remember how much you lit up talking about her. One of my favorite memories was goofing around on the walkie talkies with you when we hiked Mt Bierdstadt and you basically ran up the mountain. RIP my friend.

Weeks before you passed you had more prayer walks than usual. You meditated deeply in the WORD of God. You told me to maintain our faith and never lose hope for our Father in heaven is good and faithful. We prayed together via video call the night before you were called home. You last messages were \"I love you my wife and I will pray for you.\"
My husband, I thank you for all the love you have given me. I am so thankful to God for giving me a chance to be called your wife. Your love will always be with me. One day, we will see each other again in heaven. I will always love you.

Precious in the sight of the Lord is the death of his saints.

Jason's love and concern for his wife and family was unyielding. I think this was the best expression of his stubborn personality, and where God put it to best use. Jason can now, like the Apostle Paul, say, "I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith." Those who share Jason's faith in Christ believe that we will see him once again. My prayers are with you all.
