Jeremiah Nelson "Jerry", 54 passed away Tuesday May 17, 2016. He is survived by his son Jerry Nelson, Jr, his brother Michael Nelson and many family and friends. He was predeceased by his father Howard Nelson, his mother Diane Daly Nelson and brother Howard Nelson.

Family and friends are invited and may call from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm on Friday, May 20, 2016 at the McLoughlin & Mason Funeral Home, corner of 109th Street and Third Avenue, Lansingburgh. Burial will follow at Oakwood Cemetery, Troy.
