John Snyder

Troy- John Robert Snyder, 67, passed away surrounded by his loving family on Thursday, May 4, 2017 at his home.

Born in Troy, John was the son of the late Walter Snyder and Ester Powley Snyder, and loving husband of 38 years to Mildred Raymond Snyder.

John worked in shipping and receiving for 42 years at Russell Sage College in Troy.

In addition to his wife, Mildred, John is survived by his children John Michael Snyder of Troy, and Melissa Snyder of Troy, and one grandson, Miguel Snyder. John is also survived by his brothers William Miller (Anne), and Jay Snyder (Karen), and a sister, Crystal Snyder, all of Troy, along with several nieces and nephews.

John is pre-deceased by his Brother Walter Snyder.

Calling hours will be held from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm on Monday May 8, 2017 at the McLoughlin & Mason Funeral Home, corner of 109th Street and Third Avenue, Lansingburgh. Funeral Services will follow at 12:00pm at the Funeral Home.
