TROY – Kevin T. Frisch, 60 passed away Tuesday, February 7, 2017 at Samaritan Hospital.

Kevin is survived by his mother Joan Hayner, his brother Michael Hayner, his son Carlin, his niece Morgan Hayner, he is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
