Lisa Tracy

Troy-Lisa M. Tracy, 55 formerly of Saratoga Springs, died January 3, 2021 at Diamond Hill Nursing Home. Born in Troy, she was the biological daughter of Patricia Fogarty and Hap Halligan and the adopted daughter to Sally and Howard Tracy.

Lisa was a beautiful, kind and caring person, who loved precious moments.

Lisa is survived by her mother Sally Tracy and father Howard Tracy, her siblings Shannon Fogarty, Terry Gibson, Sherry Thayer, Barbara Baker, Nancy Dooley, Anthony Tracy, Tommy Tracy and David Fogarty, her god daughter Vicky Tracy, also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Family and friends are invited Saturday January 9, 2021 from 2 to 3 pm at McLoughlin & Mason Funeral Home. CDC guidelines must be followed.
