Marcette Waugh

Marcette N. Waugh passed away peacefully on Saturday, March 10, 2018, surrounded by his loving family at Westchester Medical Center.

Born in Troy, New York, he was the son of RosaLee Keels and Nathanial B. Waugh and beloved husband of Ruthdelania Waugh. Survivors in addition to his wife, include his loving children DeLannie, Makayla, and Zoe. He also leaves behind his sisters Shawanda Raynor, Yasheca Waugh, and brother Javon Waugh. He also leaves behind many adored aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

He is predeceased by his maternal grandparents Dorothy and Phillip Keels, paternal grandparents George and Peggy Waugh, and uncle Ronald Dukes.

The family would like to thank Westchester Medical Center MICU staff for their loving care and compassion for Marcette.

A funeral service will be held 1:00 pm on Saturday, March 17, 2018 at Oak Grove Baptist Church, 514 7th Ave between 113th and 114th street, Troy, New York 12182 with Pastor Robert Lindenberg officiating.

Family and friends are invited to attend Saturday March 17, 2018 from 11:00-1:00 prior to service at church.
