Mary Williams

Mary R. Williams, 83, formerly of Pointview Drive passed away peacefully on Tuesday, February 3, 2015 at Van Rennselaer Manor.

Born in Troy, she was the daughter of the late Frank Salvaggio and Michalena D'Agostino Salvaggio and wife of the late George Williams who died in 1994.

Raised and educated in Troy, she was a graduate of Troy High School. Mary worked for New York State for 35 years as a secretary. She was a member of the Green Island Seniors Club; she enjoyed bowling, playing bocce and traveling with her husband.

Survivors include her siblings, Theresa Tornatore of Menands, Frank Salvaggio (Linda) of Clifton Park, Natalie Ryan of Troy, Michael Salvaggio of Latham, also survived by several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.

Mary was predeceased by her brothers Vito Salvaggio and Joseph Salvaggio

Funeral services will be private. Burial will be at St. Mary's Cemetery, Troy.
