Our beloved sister Paula Ann Ligato entered into eternal peace on Friday January 22, 2021 of Covid 19. Paula was born on July 10th, 1958. She joins her predeceased father Dominick and recently deceased mother Constance Ligato. She leaves behind her sister Theresa (Terry) Magur, brothers Charles Ligato, Very Rev. Anthony Ligato, nephews James (Amy) Magur, Christian Magur, and great nieces Stella and Piper Magur whom she loved so much and her dear friends Donata Klersy and Joan Flanigan.
She touched so many lives. Paula asked from her hospital bed why am I so loved by so many people? Because she loved them all.
Paula loved basking in the sun on her very large floating islands in her pool. She so looked forward to her annual girl cruises with dear friends and cousins. She always came back with stories that made us laugh until it hurt. She dressed in brightly colored clothes that had shoes and purses to match every outfit. Paula had to have a closet made just for her shoes there were so many. She was a kind and loving soul who loved her family and life.
We want to express our deepest appreciation to the fourth floor ICU doctors and nurses at St. Peter’ Hospital who provided great care and comfort to our beloved sister and friend.
