Richard 'Dick" Wemple

Richard M. Wemple 'Dick", 76 passed away on Wednesday, May 24, 2017 at Samaritan Hospital. Born and raised in Troy, he was the son to the late Mahlon Wemple and Katherine Fisher Wemple. Dick graduated from Lansingburgh High School, he was a helper at Menands Work Shop for 25 years. Dick was a member of the Cornerstone Community Church, he was very smart and had a wonderful mind, he knew a lot of things and always said Thank You, He enjoyed watching the New York Mets and football. Dick is survived by his sister Eleonor Dosey, many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.

Family and friends may call and are invited on Thursday, June 1, 2017 from 9:00 am to 10:00 am at the McLoughlin & Mason Funeral Home, corner of 109th Street and Third Avenue, Lansingburgh. Funeral services will follow at 10:00 am at funeral home with Reverend E. Allen Siebold officiating. Burial will follow at Oakwood Cemetery. Donations in memory of Dick may be made to Cornerstone Community Church.
