Shanika Boyko
Shanika Boyko was born on May 10, 1980, to Bobby Jean Smith and the late Paul Boyko. She was raised by her stepparents, Tina Boyko and Sam Boswell and her godmother, Verniell (Sue) Hemmingway (all of Hudson, NY).
She leaves to mourn seven children – Shamara Boyko, Donavyn Brown, Shalynn Boyko, Latrell Regal, Shanell Regal and Aalivia Regal (all of Troy, NY), Matthew Solano (NYC); five siblings – Lai-Meek Purvis (Jacksonville, FL); Kinyetta Purvis, Meisha Smith, Destiny Smith, and Shawnte Williams (all of Troy, NY); step-brother Frank Boswell; and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.
Shanika was predeceased by her father, Paul Boyko (Waterford, NY), and her brother, Dustin Smith (Troy, NY).
