Simon Adams

Troy-Simon B Adams, 75, passed away Thursday, November 8, 2018.

Simon was born in Troy to the late Burton and Elizabeth Adams and he was the loving husband to the late Helen Zornow Adams.

Simon graduated from Lansingburgh High School and worked for WRGB channel 6 as a broadcasting engineer. He enjoyed gardening, old vintage cars, day trips to Vermont and traveling to England with his wife. He was also a talented artist.

Survivors include  his daughters Victoria (Charles) Patrick of Geneva, IL and Elizabeth (Christopher) Holmes of Easton, and his grandchildren Luke Patrick, Adam Patrick, Alexandra Holmes and Benjamin Holmes.

Simon is predeceased by his sister Frances Adams.

Relatives and friends may call the McLoughlin & Mason Funeral Home, corner of 109th Street and Third Avenue, Lansingburgh on Monday, November 12, from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm. Funeral service will be held on Tuesday at 10:00 am at the funeral home  with Rev. E. Allen Siebold officiating.

Burial will follow at Oakwood Cemetery, Troy.
