Troy-Virginia (Eugenia) Mileon Muscatello Feiden, passed away on January 28, 2023 surrounded by her loving family who adored her.

She was born in Troy on November 16, 1926, she was the daughter of the late George Mileon and Catherine Andrelos Mileon.  

She was the widow of the late Louis A. Muscatello and J. Kenneth Feiden, Sr. and predeceased by her beloved first born child Anthony L. Muscatello (Laurie).

Beloved mother of Angela Scesny (Michael) of Troy and George Muscatello (Coleen) of Saratoga Springs, grandmother of Michael Scesny (Alyssa) and great grandmother to Isabella and Juliana Scesny, her grandson and godson Anthony Scesny, beloved sister to Edward Mileon of Troy, she also left nieces and nephews who she loved dearly.

She was predeceased by her siblings Mary Dogias (Thalis), John Mileon (Athena), Alexandra Matheos (Anthony), her sister in law Gabrielle Mileon, her in laws Angeline and Anthony Muscatello.

She was a graduate of Poughkeepsie High School, class of 1944. She worked for Cluetts, Denby’s and she helped her husband Louis, who owned and operated the J & L Restaurant in Troy. After raising her children, she worked for Troy Savings Bank for eleven years and was a member of the Capital Region Bankers Association.

Ginny saw Sinatra at the Paramount, she loved watching the old movies on television, skating, fashion design, and was an avid reader every day and loved cooking Greek dishes. She was a member of St. Basils Greek Orthodox Church and prior to her marriage she was choir director and a member of St. Barbara Philoptochos Society.

She loved the ocean at York beach, Maine and Nubble Light House and had some fond memories of years past there with her husband Louis and her children. Last but not least she loved Rocky and Theo who watched over her and all the family.  

A funeral service for Virginia will be celebrated at 10:00 am on Wednesday February 1, 2023 at St. Basil’s Greek Orthodox Church 909 River Street, Troy with Reverend Emmanuel Mantzouris officiating. Burial will follow at St. Mary’s Cemetery, Troy.

Family and friends are invited from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm on Tuesday January 31, 2023 at McLoughlin & Mason Funeral Home 8-109th Street (corner of 109th Street and Third Avenue) Lansingburgh. A Trisagion Memorial Service will be at 6:30 pm.
