Cohoes-Wilbert J. Moore, 72 passed away on Thursday May 30, 2018 at Samaritan Hospital. Born in Melrose he was the son of George Moore and Mildred Hagadorn Moore.
Wilbert served in the United States Army during Vietnam, he worked for many years at Standard Furniture as a truck driver.
He is survived by his daughters Corrine (Leon) Guilbeault, Tracy Moore (Jesse Hunt), Melissa (Dominic) Fruscio and Michele (David) Perry, his grandchildren Leon Guilbeault III, Joshua Giulbeault and Olivia Perry, his siblings Barbara Ostwald-Rahnefeld, George Moore, Robert Moore, Dorothy Scanlon, Colleen Moore and Warren Moore, his special niece Kelly Castle (Tom Tompkins) also survived by several other nieces and nephews.
Wilbert was predeceased by his siblings Charles Moore, Edward Moore, Thomas Moore, Peggy Moore and Alice Castle.
Graveside service with military honors will be MONDAY June 4, 2018 at 12:00 noon at Oakwood Cemetery, procession will meet at cemetery chapel at 11:45 am.
Family and friends may call SATURDAY, June 2, 2018 from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm at the McLoughlin & Mason Funeral Home, corner of 109th Street and Third Avenue, Lansingburgh.
