William Millington

William George Millington, 81 passed away on October 26, 2021 at his home.

Born in Troy, he was the son of the late Charles Millington and Emma Quinto Millington.

William for many years worked as a carpet installer until his retirement.

He is survived by his long-time companion Donna Napoli, his children Chrissy Paone of Troy, Stephen (Donna) Millington of Maryland and Anne Millington of Troy, his eight grandchildren Charles “Chas” Tangredi (Jeannette Ziegler), Anthony Paone, Gabrielle (Cainaan) Tangredi Lacy, Franco Millington, Dr. Salvatore Millington, Stephen Millington, Anthony Millington, Nicholas Millington, his great granddaughters Bianco and Chloe Paone, his sister Blanche Long, also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In addition to his mother and father, he was predeceased by his daughter Joanne Tangredi, his siblings Emma Millington, Joan Mele and Charles Millington.

Family and friends are invited and may call from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm on Friday

October 29, 2021 at the McLoughlin & Mason Funeral Home, corner of 109th Street and Third Avenue, Lansingburgh. Funeral service 10:00 am on Saturday at funeral home with Deacon Charles Wojton officiating. Burial will follow at St. Joseph’s Cemetery, Troy.
