Zachary Bolt

Zachary John Bolt, 28, of Cohoes, NY died peacefully in his sleep on February 10, 2021. Born and raised in Menands, Zachary was passionate about his family, his Doberman 'Trigger', his motorcycle, the outdoors, and venison.

Zach had an adventurous spirit and loved to travel, checking four European countries off his bucket list over the last three years. Zachary wore his heart on his sleeve but was a force to be reckoned with. He was hard working, loving, gentle, passionate, sensitive, humble and kind.

He was Head Chef at all family gatherings.

Zachary is survived by his parents James Bolt and Theresa Tornatore, his brother Jason (Tatianna) Bolt and sister Jayne Bolt (Daniel Miller). He was the devoted Uncle Wacky to his nephews Dederick and Dason Bolt, niece Lianna Bolt, and future Godson baby Miller. He is also survived by his maternal grandmother Theresa (Salvaggio) Tornatore, and several adoring aunts, uncles, and cousins, all of whom he highly regarded.

Zachary was predeceased by his paternal grandparents John and Hazel Bolt and maternal grandfather Samuel Tornatore.

Friends and relatives may call at McLoughlin & Mason Funeral Home at 8 109th St., Troy, NY Tuesday, February 16 from 9 to 11 am.

Funeral mass will follow at 12 pm at St. Pius X Church at 23 Crumitie Rd., Loudonville, NY with Christian burial to follow at St. Agnes Cemetery in Menands. Social distancing, masks, and occupancy limitations in funeral home and church are required.
