Obituary

Troy-Kenneth Chappell, 62 passed away on March 29, 2021 after a short illness.

Born in Queens, NY on December 20, 1958, he resided in Troy since 1993.

Kenneth was passionate for recovery and believed in service, giving back, working within the prison systems, jails, detox’s, and rehabs, sharing a message with all. “Check It” Kenny has touched the lives of many!

He is survived by his brothers Warren of Brooklyn and Barry of Buffalo, his sister Shelly of Queens, also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Kenneth was predeceased by his beloved mother Christine “Mama Dukes”, his father John and brother Derrick.
